Year Round Dog Attendant Positions

**We do not offer Summer or Short-Term Positions**

Wags Daycare is open at its new location in Manchester, Maine and is currently hiring for position of Dog Attendant!

Your duties will include monitoring the dogs in our care, plenty of detailed cleaning, feeding and medicating as needed, and other duties as assigned. Exceptional quality customer service skills are a must:

 

You will be taking incoming calls, returning calls, in-taking and releasing pets to their owners, and other office duties as required.  A confident, self-starter with solid dog experience would be ideal for this position. We are very strict on our protocols for the safety of the pets and people in our care, thus you must be able to follow instructions quickly and efficiently, with minimal supervision.

This position requires the applicant to have a valid driver's license and a car.  Dogs need care at all times and days so please be aware that Holidays (major and minor) are required.

Shift coverage for these positions are as follows:

Part-Time Position  (Currently Available)

Shifts for current position are Tuesday-Friday from 2pm-6:15 pm in addition to one morning Tuesday-Friday from 9-12pm.  Be sure to state your FULL availability on your application.  More hours may become available.  Please do not apply if you cannot fulfill these shifts.

Holidays (Major and Minor)  & Occasional Weekend Hours Required.

Pay rate =  $14-15/hr.  Training wage will be at $13/hr for 2-4 weeks.
